Let Ω={u,d}\Omega=\{u,d\}, P(u)=0.7\mathbb{P}(u)=0.7, P(d)=0.3\mathbb{P}(d)=0.3, Q(u)=0.4\mathbb{Q}(u)=0.4, and Q(d)=0.6\mathbb{Q}(d)=0.6. Compute Z=dQ/dPZ=d\mathbb{Q}/d\mathbb{P} in each state and verify EP[Z]=1\mathbb{E}^{\mathbb{P}}[Z]=1.
